T H A N K F U L. I N. T H E. S T O R M.  While I ponder this last year, my heart is thankful for all that the Lord is doing and all that I am B E C O M I N G. in Him.  I am thankful for family, friends and even the storm!  In a world where darkness, uncertainty, death, evil, rejection, fear and wickedness abounds I see Jesus  O V E R C O M I N G. all this. Just as Mark 6 tells us when the disciples where in the middle of the lake, straining on the oars, because the wind was against them, and the waves were high. Their journey which should have taken a couple of hours was taking much longer but then Jesus appears walking on the HIGH waves, above the storm.  They cry out in fear thinking he is a ghost and then Jesus is filled with compassion.  “T A K E. Yep this was a command of Jesus, just like preach the gospel, give to others, heal the sick, but there’s some scriptures that just seem to rub Christians the wrong way….. ones like cast out demons and raise the dead!! Honestly I’ve never understood why entire churches can ignore certain teaching, but I realize now that is because of a lack of revelation. In this area, many churches even struggle with healing the sick part! Jesus Said, ““I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.” ‭‭John‬ ‭16:12-13‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ But WE limit what we receive from the Lord by our OWN UNBELIEF!! R A I S E. T H E D E A D. ‼️ You know I’ve thought in the past…..should I pray for someone to be raised, but I never actually did it before Mark. I did lay hands on my dead puppy when I was 15 but when we don’t see a miracle….. sometimes we stop praying for certain things….. satan likes that! That was definitely the case for me with raising the dead! Plus It’s a super difficult thing to offer someone, when everyone is in the grieving process… ..”hey how do you feel about me praying for your loved one to get raised?” are not the usual words you say…. Progress! I have eluded to the fact that what is happening to my home is paralleling what is happening in my soul! The peeling paint (wounds from past hurts, often related to father wounds) The worn siding - hope deferred, disappointment, broken promises The rotten wood - unforgiveness, bitterness (I was totally blind to this) But He makes all things N E W. Just as you can’t put new siding on top of old wood, the lord wants to bring us to completely wholeness. His word says in 3 John 1:2 Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your soul prospers [spiritually]. Do you get that connection? We prosper and are In health as our soul prospers. So if we are harboring sin (bitterness, resentment, unforgiveness) there is only so much prospering that can happen….. as the accuser in the courts of heaven has legal right until we deal with these areas. David also speaks about this in psalm 24…. About when ...

C H A N G E. Y O U R. C O N F E S S I O N!!! I remember this day, it was 11 years ago and we were walking through Boston. I had plantar fasciitis and I had to stop frequently because of the the pain! There is power in our words…. It says that life and death are in the tongue…. We can speak blessing or curses. We can align our words with What scripture says or we can speak something different. There is power in our confession …. Yesterday someone was asking for an essential oil solution for plantar fasciitis…: I offered my suggestion and then said and change your confession! They asked what do you mean? Many years ago I had plantar fasciitis. I had had it for about nine months and i had been seeing a physical therapist for it. It was of course before I knew about the power of essential oils, so I used athletic tape and did my exercises.
