Raise The Dead!!!

R A I S E. T H E D E A D. ‼️ You know I’ve thought in the past…..should I pray for someone to be raised, but I never actually did it before Mark. I did lay hands on my dead puppy when I was 15 but when we don’t see a miracle….. sometimes we stop praying for certain things….. satan likes that! That was definitely the case for me with raising the dead! Plus It’s a super difficult thing to offer someone, when everyone is in the grieving process… ..”hey how do you feel about me praying for your loved one to get raised?” are not the usual words you say…. It’s usually “oh may the Lord comfort you and your family during this time!” But raising the dead isn’t a thought, or suggestion….. it’s actually one of Jesus’ commands‼️ Just like preach the gospel Heal the sick Read Matthew “Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons. You received without paying; give without pay.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭10:8‬ ‭ESV‬‬ https://www.bible.com/59/mat.10.8.esv I love the passion translation “You must CONTINUALLY bring healing to lepers and to those who are sick, and make it your HABIT to break off the demonic presence from people, and raise the dead back to life. Freely you have received the power of the kingdom, so freely release it to others.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭10:8‬ ‭TPT‬‬ Make it a habit!!!!!! I started stepping out in faith to heal the sick about ten years ago, and every time I do it, it gets easier…. That’s because faith grows …… IT’S LIKE A MUSCLE, the more you use it the stronger it becomes…. It also grows by hearing, that’s why testimonies are so important! When you witness Jesus grow out a leg, or remove someone’s pain, or stop their contractions, or give them a child when doctors have said that’s impossible, or their seizures stop, or they get out of bed after spending ten years in bed nineteen hours a day…..Well your faith just grows and honestly it’s the most exciting thing to do, to partner with Jesus in destroying the enemy’s works. The book of acts tells us that “how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭10:38‬ ‭ESV‬‬ Do you see that? He healed ALL! He healed ALL who were oppressed by the devil!!!! Sickness is not from the Lord!!!! So while Mark was not raised, I was so privileged and honored to have prayed with some of his family members (they gave us a green light to believe in a mighty miracle!) and friends to actually do this command. So we went to the funeral home last Thursday and prayed! And while this time, Jesus kept Mark in heaven, I know that the seed has been planted and I know who to call when death steals someone away. The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy but Jesus comes to give life in all its fullness. All it takes is faith and obedience to follow Jesus instructions and for us to walk in the authority that He has given us…. The authority that overcomes even death! It’s time for us to actually realize that raising the dead is a command not a suggestion! I know that Mark would be the first person to join in praying for others to be raised, but I also know who else had faith for this….. and we’re ready to step out in faith! If a loved one passes please reach out because it will be my honor to stand in faith with you!!!! So dear Mark, we will continue on, we will hold the torch and share the gospel, and we rejoice that you are in glory with Jesus where there is no more sickness or pain! May Jesus receives all the glory!
