Be Your Own Health Advocate- Step 2: Exercise

The second step of a wellness lifestyle is exercise. We all know that we should be moving our bodies every single day but do you realize that if you’re not getting thirty minutes of daily exercise that your lymphatic system is not working to its best ability!

Also,  it’s your lymphatic system that is responsible for detoxing you’re body through elimination and sweat.

It’s really important to get a good sweat on and so I highly recommend exercising daily (although since the gym has closed I haven’t been as diligent, but it was understanding how my lymphatic system works that motivated me to invest in a gym membership last year) also, hitting a sauna if you can to sweat out some of those toxins is really beneficial to your health.
