The third foundation of a wellness lifestyle is to make sure you are getting adequate sleep and managing your stress levels. Adequate sleep would require 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep a night. How are you doing? 

In today’s society, and even pre Covid 19, we were pretty much constantly stressed, our fight or flight mode was always turned on, but now it’s even worse. We are living in a society where people have to use an app just to slow down and take deep breaths. After a stressful situation e that would initiate a fright or flight response our stress’s levels would decrease once we removed ourself from the stressful situation, but in modern society that is rare. Resulting in individuals living in a constant state of stress. Negative emotions left unchecked will result in physical dis-ease
