Stinking Thinking!


Is your thinking keeping you in bondage? 
Is it keeping you from stepping into all the goodness that the Lord has for you? 
He has a plan for your life.
He has an abundant life for you.
But the enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy!

Gods word says, that as a person thinks so He is

Let that sink in
What you think about, you will become!
What you think about, you will get.
You have to filter your thoughts for your thoughts will certainly play out in your life.

It also says that life an death are in the tongue.

Are you sewing seeds of life or seeds of death?
Are you repeating the same old stinking thinking? 

Are you rebuking those negative thoughts or lies And replacing them with the promises in God’s word? 
Or are you permitting negative thoughts to run rampant in your mind?
The battle is in your mind, that’s where the enemy starts with a little lie that builds over time, but you have to take those thoughts (lies)  and hold them up against the truth of scripture
For the truth sets you free!

In Deuteronomy God tells the Israelites that  it’s time to take possession of the land He has given them. It took them 40 years to make what should have been an 11 day journey! It was time to get off the mountain and to move FORWARD and take what He has already prepared for them. 

What mountain have you been encamped on? 
What journey is taking longer than it should? 
It’s time to get yo and move forward into the promises that God has for you!

Encouraging Prayer

The Lord gave me this prayer for a friend several years ago, but I want to encourage all my sisters with it. Father I ask for you to give my sister revelatory knowledge from your heart to hers for your plan. As she diligently seeks you, will you draw near to her and lead her. Give her wisdom and favor and every resource she needs to complete the work you have called her to do. Shower your blessings upon her. May you continue to draw people into her life who you have drawn to you. May she continue to water the thirsty, feed the hungry and give hope to those when there is no hope. Will you pour out your spirit into her life more powerfully than ever before. Will you drench her so that she will have an endless supply to give. May she be right in the center of your will, for that is the safest place. May you receive all the glory for all that you do In her life. selah!

SOUL HEALING

Progress! I have eluded to the fact that what is happening to my home is paralleling what is happening in my soul! The peeling paint (wounds from past hurts, often related to father wounds) The worn siding - hope deferred, disappointment, broken promises The rotten wood - unforgiveness, bitterness (I was totally blind to this) But He makes all things N E W. Just as you can’t put new siding on top of old wood, the lord wants to bring us to completely wholeness. His word says in 3 John 1:2 Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your soul prospers [spiritually]. Do you get that connection? We prosper and are In health as our soul prospers. So if we are harboring sin (bitterness, resentment, unforgiveness) there is only so much prospering that can happen….. as the accuser in the courts of heaven has legal right until we deal with these areas.
