To Those Who Don’t Believe

I have friends who don’t share my faith. They don’t understand how I can believe in Jesus or the words of the bible. Today rather than respond with MY words I asked the father what He would say to them.. this is what I heard. 

My Precious daughter and beloved son,

While you don’t acknowledge my presence in your life, I acknowledge yours. I know your every thought, I know when you sit and when you rise.

I perceive your going out and your coming in.

I have written your name in the palm of my hand and I will draw you into my loving arms. It is inevitable for there is no god who will relentlessly pursue you like I will. No other father who gave his son to bring you into relationship with me. 

My word sits ready for you should you ever seek to know more about me. While inscribed thousands of years ago, it was my very thoughts that guided the hands so that each word is God breathed, God inspired. 

Whether you believe in my word, or my son is a choice that each will make. I will never force your hand, for your free will is too precious. But if you seek me, you will find me. For I created you with a purpose, to walk with me, to hear my voice, to spend time in my presence. 

You may choose to ignore the creation that so powerfully displays my glory. With every sunrise and sunset, I am the painter! 

With every song sung by the birds or loving lick from your dogs I created these for my glory. Just as I created you. 

I look forward to the day when you will ponder the wonder of my words and choose to embrace my loving arms and have me whisper words of love into your ears..... I will be waiting!
